All vehicles are required to remain on designated routes and trails. Whether you are an OHV enthusiast looking for a thrill or spectator just "getting back to nature", you will enjoy the park. Texas OHV Program
A Texas OHV decal costs $16.00 and is good through August 31 of the year it was purchased. Many other states require this decal for their OHV users. A decal purchased in Texas is also valid in other states and other state decals are valid in Texas.
Revenue generated by the sale of the decals will be used as grant monies to help municipalities, counties, state or federal agencies and non-profit corporations to create new or improve existing OHV recreation areas in Texas. We do not sell the decals at Northwest Park.

TPWD does spot check from time to time. Failure to comply with the provisions of this law constitutes a class C misdemeanor and could result in the OHV operator being issued a citation. Fines for this offense range from $25 to $500. For more information visit the Texas OHV Program.
