Taking the truck in tomorrow AM to get it's inspection. I'm towing it up there so as to have have much time for the brakes to lock up. They'll not be driving it too far at the shop, so it should be good before the brakes lock up. Wish me luck.
As an aside, I've now got a theory that there might be a vacuum issue with the motor, which would be causing the vacuum booster to lock up the brakes once the motors been running for a while. Thoughts?

Wouldn't surprise me. My sis had a 93 that had a vaccume problem that put oil in her transmission fluid.

Fail. (Not the truck, the shop) I called yesterday to make sure that someone that could inspect was there at 7. I got there thirty minutes early to unload the trailer and whatnot c He was of course 25 minutes late. Then it turns out the mofo can't do anything but OBD.

I use to use a place off if Mason. They inspected my high school Oldsmobile that had a crazy knock. The guy was scared it was going to throw a rod. It did not.

Ugh. Truck failed due to not being able to shift into second gear while on the dyno to finish the emissions test. Passed everything else.

EAT IT PAUL MCCEEVER!
Tranny needed more fluid. Has a small leak, which obviously needs to be addressed, but afterwards shifted just fine. Took it to the place and PASSED INSPECTION!

I'm impressed your gas cap passed. Mine never seems to pass, every year the tell me it's bad. Every year I give them the finger lol. Thankfully we don't have emissions out here.
