so here is the list of parts i need for my conversion
*LIST (will be completed in edit)*
R180 Front Diff (3.36) (or m205 if you go that route)
4wd front hubs (x2)
front cv axles (x2)
front diff mount bracket (LH) )if you need them)
front diff mount bracket (RH) (if you need them)
front diff mounting bolts (x3)
front diff mounting nuts (x2)
front prop shaft bolts (x8)
front prop shaft nuts (x8)
front prop shaft
4wd transmission output shaft
adapter case (connects trans & xfer case)
transmission seal & gasket kit
transmission to adapter case gasket
assembly bolts (x... cant remember, i'll give an update later)
transfer case
rear prop shaft
rear prop shaft bolts (x6)
rear prop shaft nuts (x6)
"Rear Engine Mount Insulator" (that's what Nissan calls it) it bolts the transmission to the crossmember.. YOU NEED THIS
components to manually shift transfer case (we dont need no stinkin electronics)

So which diff did you get, the R180 or the M205? Anything else on the list that you've already obtained?

Aren't your current ones pretty new? If so why bother upgrading at this time if you don't plan on doing any wheeling.

I believe my current ones are 265s. My current ones aren't that new but have enough tread left to get bought back for a decent price
